Shipping policy
All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed. After processing, allow 1-10 business days for shipping. (Times vary depending on the shipping method chosen at the time of checkout.)
We try our best to make sure your order is delivered on time. Please understand we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or the weather.
Please allow up to 14 business days for processing and shipping during special holidays and sales. Ex; Black Friday & Holiday sales.
All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Standard (Uninsured: No package reimbursement) and Priority Mail (Insured: Package reimbursement)
Please make sure to check the accuracy of your mailing and email address at the time of checkout. If the package is returned, we will have to charge another shipping fee in order to re-ship. Once the order has been placed, no changes can be made. We are only able to ship to the address you indicate at the time of checkout. Our shipping charge will depend on the total weight of items and destination.
C. Marie Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages scanned as delivered. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, customers can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at the designated location. C. Marie Boutique cannot be held responsible for packages once they are delivered.

PRE-ORDER POLICY:
WHAT ARE PRE-ORDERS?
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival at our store. Each collection or item available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date. These dates are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to update the customers and our site with any changes.
Please note if you preorder an item with other non-pre-order items this will delay your entire order. Please place your preorder items separately to avoid any delays in non-preorder items.
Normally, we do not accept cancellation of Pre Orders and they are final sales as they are ordered specially for you. In the event that the order specifications change, we will notify you with the option to continue with the order or cancel for a refund in a form of store credit or exchange only.
