REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.

Embracing our commitment to satisfaction, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges in size, style, or product.

All sales are final and returns/exchanges are not accepted on custom-made orders. Make sure to read all policies, specifications, and sizing charts before placing your order.

Please include your order number and the reasons for your return. Once the item(s) are received, you will be entitled to exchange, provided the item(s) are still available or store credit.  If a product in your order is out of stock, you will automatically be refunded for the purchase price of that item.

Please note! ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not honor refunds. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to return the item(s) to you if they do not comply with our policy. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All items must be free from signs of wear, odor, stains, and use. We will not accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, tags removed, stained, or are not in their original condition. Please be sure to reference all policies, specifications, and sizing charts before ordering. No exchanges may be made once an order has been placed.
